Our soil comes from one of the most fertile regions of Quebec and Canada: The Saint Lawrence River Valley. The valley area is drained by the St. Lawrence River, a 3,800 km long body of water, which provides for soil that is rich in minerals and natural fertilizers thanks to the melting of glaciers millions of years ago. Our property encompasses 400 acres of first-quality black soil and prime peat moss.
